HD3SS6126 :check for error in datasheet

Part Number: HD3SS6126

hi 

in the HD3SS6126 datasheet, PIN 3 is NC and PIN 9 is SEL .

but in the HD3SS6126EVM Device Reference Design, PIN 3 is SEL 1 , PIN 9 is  SEL 0.

Please explain which one is right.
