could you tell me about TX_PORT_PASS , how long does it take to change the state from 0 ->1 when the device is non-sync forwarding? what is criteria for error free? is there specific amount of packets or lines need to be error free?
also, what about 1 ->0? once even single error is detected, the device immediately change the status? how long does it take to change the state from error detection to actually change the state?
