Hello,

Can LDO_3V3 be used to supply external flash memory when the internal 3V3 rail is also being used to supply the TPS65987D itself?

    Hi Michael,

    Yes you may power the Flash memory using LDO_3V3. You may also refer to the TPS65987D EVM User's Guide which will also shows an example schematic where  the EEPROM has the VCC pin connected to the LDO_3V3.
