Hello,
I understand from the TUSB4020BI data sheet that the absolute maximum rating of the upstream D+ and D- terminals is up to 3.8V.
Is this absolute maximum rating the same even when VDD and VDD33 (which are the power supplies for the IC) are not supplied?
