Hi team,

customer use DS90UB933 and DS90UB964 in camera application. For DS90UB933, they use data[7:0] before, now they need change to use data[9:2].

so, for 964, does it also need to make change in software and hardware? if yes, how to configure 944 when changing data[9:2] from data[7:2].

Hello Betty,

they need to configure 964 reg 0x7C bits[7:6] to chose the upper or lower 8 bits.

So, customer need change 964 reg 0x7C bit[7:6] to 10 to select using upper 8bits.

Yes, this is correct.

Additionally you need to change CSI data type value (if you do not have done this already) in reg 0x70[5:0] to the correct value , i.e. 0x2A for RAW8 or 0x1E for YUV442 8-bit.
