TPS25810: IEC/EN 61000-4-4 2kV test is fail

Hello expert,

My customer is using our TPS25810 in their industrial PC application. They face ESD fail issue on TPS25810 for IEC/EN 61000-4-4 2kV test. May I know if there is any method to improve ESD performance or we can only place ESD for this case? Thanks a lot!

Hello expert,

Sorry to push. They are in DVT now and have one chance to revision on end of Sep. They need to fix this issue before this week. Please kindly help to check on this case.

Test condition : Communication is normal and abnormal after 2kV is attached. port will be recognized again without re-attach USB port but communication will drop.
