Hi Team,
The customer wants to know the electric characteristic of pin TD/RD/SD.
These seems not be specified in the datasheet.
Would you kindly help to provide?
Thanks
Sincerely,
Edward

Hi Team,
Sorry for bothering. Do we have information like Vin cm, Vin diff and other electric characteristic spec regarding these input pins?
Would you kindly advise?
Sincerely,
Edward
Hi Edward,
Pin TD/RD are the ethernet pins and have electrical specs as per 100BT and 10BT IEEE standard. There is no spec for Vin cm, Vin diff for these pins.
Pin SD is the single ended cmos output and that also does not have Vin cm, Vin diff specs. For other specs (VIOH/VOL etc) do refer to datasheet for the IO specs.
Let us know if there is a specific usecase that customer is looking for these pins and we can review the pin's characteristic based on the application

Hi Vikram,
Thanks for your feedback.
The customer is using DP83640 in 100Base-FX fiber interface.
Is the spec of 100BT and 10BT IEEE standard also suitable for 100Base-FX?
If we don't have the spec for these pins in DP83640, could we reference to our other phy?
Thanks
Sincerely,
Edward
Hello Edward,
Yes for 100Base-Fx also there is a standard spec document : ANSI X3.263-1995 and we are compliant with the standard.
With any standard compliant fiber transreciever and application circuit (as shown in datasheet), customer will not face any issue.
