Hi team,

Our customer needs an IC that can adapt to the rates of 1.244, 1.25, 2.488, 2.5, 9.953, and 10.3125Gbps, identify the PRBS code type, and extract the corresponding clock as the output. Does TI have such a IC?

Can DS125DF111 be configured to input PRBS data and output clock extracted from the data?

    Hi Amy,

    DS125DF111 can be optioned to provide PRBS data at these rates however it cannot output the clock extracted from the data. 

    Please recommed DS125DF410 which can meet both of these requirements. Please note table 6 of the DS125DF410 data sheet for register settings to output line recovered clock.
