Hi,

My circuit has three cascaded DC coupled HD3SS3411 Muxes. The first Mux is AC coupled to the driver. Vbias is injected (1.65V) between the AC decoupling capacitors and the first of the three cascaded HD3SS3411.

Will the next two cascaded HD3SS3411 get their Vbias from the first HD3SS3411? or do I have to AC couple and apply Vbias to each HD3SS4211?

3. In the HD3SS3411 datasheet, it states that VBIAS is between 0V and 2V. does this means that VBIAS=0.1V will work?

4. If VBIAS is 2V, can HD3SS3411 still handle input signal 1800mVpp?

I am transmitting sinusoid frequencies up to 3GHz. No data bits. These frequencies can be differential or common-mode.

Config A has Vbias for each HD3SS3411.

Can I implement Config B where Vbias is applied only to the first HD3SS3411 (A and H) of each tree? Will the remaining devices in each tree be biased from their respective initial Vbias?

All Vbias resistors are 100K.

Config B should work as long as Vbias meet 0-2v.
