DS280BR820: Can we use DS280BR820 for PCIe Applications

Hi,

We are planning to use DS280BR820 as an equalizer for PCIe signals in one of our project.

Now, we want to know, does DS280BR820 supports PCIe signalling like Receiver Detect (RX Detect)or training sequence?

Can we use DS280BR820 in our PCIe application?

An early response will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Verma,

    Yes you can use DS280BR820 for PCIe application. Please note this part does not have RX termination detect normally used in PCIe applications. DS160PR410 for example supports this feature and is used for PCIe applications. Please send me a description of your application(nasser.mohammadi@ti.com) to discuss this in more details.
