My customer now use 954 and test ESD.
When doing the ESD test +/- 8kV, they injection fakra connector.
They test 14 pcs and two of 14 are failed(the chips are damaged.)
The SCH follows the datasheet and EVM.
May I ask do we have some recommendation of ESD protection, such as adding ESD protection & TVS surge diodes?
Do you have some recommendation? which ESD protect diode do you recommend be used in 954?
