DS90UB960-Q1EVM: How to use Analog LaunchPad (ALP) to configuration DS90UB960-Q1EVM through PC?

I can't see your images , fyi. I'm not sure why, but it didn't render correctly. 

Do you have a USB2ANY adaptor? If so, you will need the USB2ANY Explorer software. Plug that into the mini USB port and connect it to your PC. You may need to flash the board. So go ahead and do that step. Then open ALP and see if you can talk to the 960 now. Usually if you have the device flashed and ALP pulled up and the screen keeps freezing, it's an indication that there is no power/insufficient to your board. You may check to see if the 12 V you are using is still 12 V.

I have a USB2ANY adaptor, and the step is same as you mentioned, but I can't update firmware to the newest version.

I only connect PC and USB2ANY adaptor, does the adaptor need to connect any device?

Did you follow those instructions prompted in the screen shot? You only need to USB2ANY, the USB cable, and some pins to connect to the SDA/SCL/GND lines. Do you have those connected properly?

It looks fine. In the first image, it prompted you to update the firmware - did you follow through? in the second image, it looks like the firmware was not properly updated. Try updating the firmware without connecting to the SDA/SCL/GND lines and then connect those lines when interfacing with ALP.

I updated the firmware successfully, and connect the SDA/SCL/GND to DS90UB960-Q1EVM, but it can't detect the device, and its status LED is off after updated the firmware.

I will look into why that is the case for the USB2ANY. Until then, You can actually connect the cable directly to our EVM board. I've highlighted where the red circle to indicate where to plug it in.

I connect the cable directly to 960 EVM board, and open the ALP GUI tool, hardware connected, but I can see any device, is it normally?

And I press the USB2ANY/Aardvark Setup, but nothing happen.

When I enable Demo mode, the hardware not connected.
