hello, customer pointed out that 0x7D bit7 pass discard enable should be initially 0 according to datasheet but actually 1. which is correct?

Hello Ito-san,

I just tested this and it matches the datasheet. I'm not sure why the customer is reporting something different. Are they programming anything to the device?
