SN65HVD30: I have connected to 10k ohms in 2 pin?(Rx) and can i need to connect pull down resistor on 3-pin(Tx)?

HI,

I am using RS-485 SN65HvD33 D-package 8-pin ic and I have connected tR&D pins to processor but I didn’t connect DE&RE pins because of I am using D-package 8-In ic

I have connected to 10k ohms in 2 pin(Rx) and can i need to connect pull down resistor on 3-pin(Tx)?

Please refer below schematic this correct or not?

Can I need to  connect Pull up and pull down resistors to this package? and D-package 8-pin ic
