TUSB2036: TUSB2036 not detecting

Hi Export,

the usb hub(TUSB2036VFR) is not detected we checked below could you please help and provide the solution.

1.Clock-6 Mhz clock coming (Mode pin selected low)

2.DP0PUR-pull up to 3.3V

3.NP3-Pull up to 3.3V

4.BUSPWR-Pull down to GND

5.Upstream DP plus pin not pull up to 3.3V i tried to pull up but still not working.

Input setting:

NP3 pin - High

BUSPWR-High

What does the host report when the hub is connected? What occurs on DP/DM?

1.Host nothing response.(while using ls comment not listed specific host device)

2.Upstream pins DP&DM continuously data coming.

Do you have the 15K pulldowns installed on the downstream ports?

Not yet connected but any relation between hub detection and down stream pull down(I/O)?

What does the traffic on the upstream port look like? What is reported by the host when the hub is connected. Please send a screen shot or debug output.
