Please request access to the TPS65983B Secure Software Site. This can be requested from the TPS65983B product folder page under the heading "Special Note" and the link is called "Request TPS65983B". You will received access to a page that includes additional information including the latest Firmware Configuration Tool.

If your hardware is actually TPS65983A instead of TPS65983B then remember that this is an older version of the device that is limited to PD2.0 FW only.
