TUSB8041: for some type of U disk transfer drop

Dears

We have our USB HUB EVM connect to a PC, and find some U disk have problem when transfer file(the U disk will disconnect and re connect).but if connect the U disk to the USB host directly, it o not have problem. So need your help if there have some guide to debug this problem?
