MAX3232: Heating problem with RS232 side connected at startup.
MAX3232 is stop working after some days.
and I have one doubt regarding C3 connection. as per datasheet C3 can be connected to VCC or GND.
my Question is, in which condition we connect C3 to VCC and in which condition C3 connect to GND ?
