DP83822I: TX_CLK doesn't work

Dear Technical Support Team,

I am using AM5746 and DP83822I.
As a result of successful communication test up to LINK-UP
Packet transfer from MAC to PHY failed. Packet transfer from PHY to MAC is successful.

Then TX_CLK didn't  output from DP83867and I think this is the reason for communication fail.

Could you tell me how to deal with it?
