I need to measure the propagation delay of the evaluation module, and I would like to know the test setup TI used to measure the delays.

Hi Andy,

We don't have a specific test setup for propagation delay of the EVM. If you want to measure the propagation delay of the EVM itself you can probe the connectors at J1/J3 and J2.

Hi I.K., I would like to know if the test group used a high-speed scope or a spectrum analyzer on a zero-span setting to measure these time delays.

You can use a high-speed scope to do the measurements.
