Hi, I am going to use TUSB522P for connecting usb3.0 device to Main board.
The device and main board will be connected by FPCB, and TUSB522P will be put in the FPCB.
I have some questions in this system.
Simple Block Diagram is like below.

I want to know where to put TUSB522P in the FPCB.
Because FPCB is long, which is better ? placing TUSB522 at the front? (near to USB host) or at the end? (near to Device)

2. what is appropriate trace width of SSTX, SSRX line in PCB?

3. How should I stack up FPCB for best performance?
4Layer ? (Signal, GND, Power(3.3V for TUSB522, GND)
2Layer? (Signal+Power, GND)

4. Settings will be like this. Will this be okay? or should I change EQ or DE value to high?
EQ1/EQ2 : Floating(6dB, Mid)
OS1/OS2 : High (1.1Vpp)
DE1/DE2 : Floating(-3.5dB, Mid)
