Hello,
I would like to know about leakage current of VCCI when VCCI=3.1V and VCCP=0V as in reset.
I see this in e2e forum that the condition is acceptable.
Could you provide the leak current of VCCI in above case?
Best regards,
Katsu

Hi Katsu,
This isn't the kind of data we collect on devices since this is technically being used outside of the recommended operating conditions.
Having VccI power up while VccP is low is okay. There shouldn't be any kind of back biasing from VCCI into VCCP (what I assume you are going after with the data request).

Hi Bobby-san,
Thank you for your response.
let me confirm your comment.
I understand that there is no data of leak current of VCCI when VCCi=3.1V and VCCP=0V, and the VCCI, VCCP condition is acceptable.
Do you mean that there is no leak current from VCCI to VCCP?
Best regards,
Katsu
Matsunaga-san,
Yes, that was what Bobby meant, since there is no voltage potential from VCCI into VCCP, current should not flow.
