Hi Nasser,

The previous post contained all the Theta Jc/Ja/Jb info but i also need the Max Tj the device is rated to as part of the customer's internal derating procedures. Could you please provide the Max Tj?

Hi Dan,

Max operating temperature is 85degC. Max power is .7W. Given Theta JA of 30degC/W, this means max Tj is: 85+.7*30 ~ 106DegC.
