Good day.

Do the parts LMH1218RTW,LMH1219RTWT and TCA6416ARTW contain volatile memory? If yes, do we have the letter of volatility?

Hi Carlo,

LMH1218 does contain volatile memory. Please refer to the programming guide. You can set different registers and then upon power off and on register content are not maintained.

What about the LMH1219RTWT and TCA6416ARTW, does it contain volatile memory? Can you provide the letter of volatility for these parts?

Hi Carlo,

The same is true for LMH1219RTWT as well. However, i don't know about TCA6416. Please create a new E2E case just for TCA6416 device.

Hi Carlo,

I am not at liberty to fill out and sign these type of documents. Please refer to the LMH1218 data sheet. There is an initialization that need to be done at power up. This shows there is non-volatile memory on the part.
