DS15BR400: Thermal Information

The maximum junction temperature is 150C. For the other parameters I will have to submit a thermal model request. Please allow up to 2 weeks (standard lead time for the requests) for the request to be completed.

Just to confirm, the 150°C junction temperature is its absolute rating. Our customer is looking for the maximum 'recommended' junction temperature. Can we still recommend up to 150°C?

There is not a maximum "recommended" junction temperature spec - only the absolute rating spec.

Just a follow-up, can you advise on the maximum allowable junction temperature instead (not absolute rating)? We have seen a similar inquiry raised for the DS25BR100 device below but we haven't seen any relevant information for DS15BR400.
