In XIO2213B datasheet, in Tab. 11.2 "Recommended Operating Conditions" on page 190 (see below) the Ta relating to the Commercial (0-70 ° C) and Industrial (-40 ° + 85 ° C) ambient temperature is specified
While in indicating the Tj there is only the range 0 - 105 ° C, probably referring only to the commercial device and not to the Industrial one.
Given that in our application we only use the Industrial device, I ask a question:
is this an oversight in the documentation or do we have to worry as the TJ must actually be brought to a minimum of 0 ° C to obtain the optimal operating conditions of the device?
