Hi team,
My customer is using UB936 and they've tested if they unplugged the sensor from RX, and re-plug in, found no data from ISP (SoC side).
Under this condition, how to restore the video signal?
Thanks.

Hi James,
When you unplug and replug it back in, the sensor will need to be reinitialized. This may explain why the customer isn't seeing video output. They will need to reconfigure the ser and imager.

Hi Jiashow,
Thanks for the reply.
Do you mean pull down and pull up the PDB of the Ser? And how to reconfigure the imager?

Hi James,
When you unplug the sensor board, you're cutting off power to the sensor. Usually the deserializer sends a series of commands to initialize the sensor at deserializer startup. So if you plug the sensor board back, you need to send the commands again.
