Hello, is there a value of Theta JC bottom?

I am trying to determine the Theta JB as the sum of Theta JC (vendor provided) and Theta CB (calculated based on lead length, cross-sectional area,

and number of pins). I would like Theta JC bottom to accurately determine a Theta JB value and know top =/= bottom based on the internal design of the part. Thanks.
