TCA9800: Relationship between VCCA and VCCB

Hi Team,

Read from datasheet, it says there is no relationship between VCCA and VCCB.

But in the figure 20. It mentioned VCCA>VCCB is ok, so it's confusing, whether there is relation or not? Please confirm, thanks!
