This is an older part, and there are no members of our current team that were there for the development and release of this part (it is 27 years old!). We will look more into your question about minimum resistance, but in the short-term, I hope I can help with your needs for your application.
If you are looking for input current loading on each node (including worst-case/maximum values), then this information should be helpful:
For a voltage-current characteristic of the input nodes of the device (i.e. conductance characteristic or inverse resistance) you can use this plot:

Great question. The part is still ACTIVE. All PNs for this part are still orderable on TI.com, and no NRND/EOL process has been initiated for this part.
