Counterfeiting is a growing threat to our industry.  Because our topside marking is critical to our anti-counterfeiting efforts, TI does not translate that marking for customers because publicizing that information increases our counterfeiting risk and exposure.

• TI is committed to helping our customers purchase high-quality, authentic, and trustworthy TI products.
• TI is actively involved in anti-counterfeiting efforts and for many years has been cooperating with government, law enforcement agencies, other semiconductor companies, industry associations and customers to help combat this industry-wide problem.
• We strongly encourage our customers to purchase their products directly from TI or through TI authorized distributors.
• Our authorized distributors provide the date code information with their shipping paperwork.  Please address any questions through your supply chain.
