Hi Team,

The TIDA-010083 uses DP83867IR as gigabit ethernet with PoE for a camera. Do we have a reference for 2 cameras using DP83867IR or other gigabit ethernet PHY transceiver?

Hi Danilo,

you mean for something like stereo vision? So two cameras, one processor and one interface? In this case this reference design would still be a valid solution.

I forgot to mention that the customer is looking for a gigabit ethernet switch with POE for two cameras. Do we have a reference design regarding this application?

Hi Danilo,

on the switch side, you will need a PSE, not a PD as this design is. Are you more looking for the data or the power path? The data path will be the same on the PD as well as on the PSE side. But the power is different. So for data, you can look at the TIDA-010083, for the power path of the PSE I would refer to this page or check with the product line.
