Our customer would like to collect the output data DX of PCM and analyze its spectrum to see how its performance is? What methods or tools can be used to collect and analyze DX data? Could you give any advice

The Voice PCM format that this device and other similar ones were designed for was typically interfacing with a Bluetooth module/MCU or other external peripheral in earlier telephony applications. To acquire the DX output data you'll need to have a host processor with a PCM interface, then collect the data, and post-process using an Audio analyzer software.
If the customer is not interested in a PCM audio interface then we have many additional options including ones with EVMs that can be used to help test the performance.

I see in the product page that this product is in 'NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGNS' status. I can't find any information about it.

As mentioned previously this device is older and we likely have newer options. However it is difficult to offer a selection without more information about what the customer is trying to achieve. Please provide the following information:
1.) # of input channels
2.) # of output channels
3.) Sampling rate
4.) Audio interface configuration

About TP3094, I would like to test the performance about the output data DX of PCM and input the PCM data to DR of PCM interface to test the performance of analog output.We are very anxious.

This product is not recommended for new designs and it's better if you answer the questions two threads up so we can identify a possibly better solution to you.
1.) You will already have a host processor with a PCM input/output, or you wouldn't be interested in this CODEC. There is not an EVM for this product which is why we were looking to direct to another product.
2.) Please answer the questions two threads up and we can help direct you to an appropriate question.

Now,I have already bought the TP3094. Our customer ask for us to test the performance of TP3094. So i have a trouble with the pcm output data.
And we designed a test board ourselves,but our Audio analyzer do not support the voice PCM. So my thoughts are as follows,
1) I do not have a host processor with a PCM input/output, and i want to converter voice PCM to I2S using the processor with a PCM, so I can use the Audio analyzer to test the performance of pcm. So i want to know if you can recommend the EVMs with converting voice PCM to I2S.

Hi Guo,
Apologies, but this is still a bit perplexing regarding the PCM interface. The reason you'd select a device with a PCM voice interface, like the TP3094, is that you have a host processor (often a bluetooth chipset) that communicates to the CODEC through a PCM interface. If you don't have a host processor that already has the PCM interface then you may not need the TP3094 and a more standard CODEC without the PCM companding could be selected. You should be able to get the data back out of that processor either over bluetooth, or from it's memory.
Unfortunately, none of the devices with a PCM interface have an active EVM any longer, but the TLV320AIC1110 is a more recent device that features the PCM interface as well.
