TUSB4020BI: Power consumption

Part Number: TUSB4020BI

My application is that tusb4020 is connected with two 4G modules. There are two LDOS on the board, one is 3.3V 500mA, the other is 1.1V 300mA, and 1.1V is only used by tusb4020. Now, the 1.1V voltage is pulled down to 0.4 when the tusb4020 is connected, and 1.1V recovery is achieved after removing tusb4020. Would you please check if there is any design problem? What are the other reasons for this? What is the power consumption of our application theory in this way?
