You do not need to pull down the SBU1/2 pins.
RPD_G1/2 should be connected to C_CC1/2 if you need dead battery resistors, as shown below:
Also, if you need the USB Type-C port to stay connected during an IEC 61000-4-2 ESD strike, you should consider replacing the TPD8S300 with the TPD8S300A, which is pin to pin compatible.
