Hi Team,

my customer is using DS90UH928Q-Q1 Deserializer. However, customer needs LVTTL output for a new display project. So, I promote to use DS90UH928Q-Q1 + DS90CF384A. DS90UH928Q-Q1 converts FPD-Link to LVDS and DS90CF384A converters LVDS to LVTTL.

My question is that do we have one IC FPD-link to LVTTL solution? Or do you have better solution than DS90UH928Q-Q1 + DS90CF384A?

Hi Yang,

I am not familiar with LVTTL. Is LVTTL the same as parallel RGB? if so, you might want to check out the DS90UH926Q-Q1.

Another question is that DS of DS90CF384A says it is 24bit RGB, Can customer config it to 18bit RGB? By register configuration of just leave pins float?

Hi Yang,

You can leave the 2 LSB bits of each colors disconnected. Please refer to the DS90UH926Q-Q1's datasheet for more information over 18-bit video.
