Hi team,

customer found some 947 board have splash screen problem. they have refer to the 947 ERRATA, but still have this issue.

I attached customer initial code, scheamtic and problem video. could you help check it?

Hi Betty,

Could you have the customer perform margin analysis using our MAP tool in ALP?

They can connect I2C bus to the display 94x side and run the tool from there.

I could.but I'm afraid customer may don't use this tools before. any other information can help you solve this problem? how about the registers value?

one more question, I get the similar issue of 947 from other customer, they told me the 947N can resovle this splash problem, is it true?

and, the 947N can't be find on ti.com, what difference between these two devices?
