The Customer Shelf Life refers to the amount of time that a TI product can be safely stored with a customer before use without any physical degradation that might impact the integrity of the device. For both ESL and SSL products, the Customer Shelf Life is one year from the date of delivery by TI or by a TI-authorized distributor when stored in an environment below 30°C and 40%-85% RH. Properly-stored TI components have a shelf life that meets or exceeds the product warranty.

For any product, if you’d like to locate the Internal Manufacturing Shelf Life, check the packing label (shown below). A “+5” would indicate an ESL product.

Note that TI’s internal manufacturing processes are carefully controlled to deliver products with appropriate minimum Customer Shelf Life, so its internal manufacturing shelf life should be irrelevant to an end-use application.

Also, this part is MSL1, so it has unlimited floor life. I mention this just to say that floor life has no impact on shelf life for this product.
