Could you let me know if SN65DSI84TPAPRQ1 could switch the output LVDS ch by software?

I would like to know because SN65DSI84TPAPRQ1 output LVDS pinout is not match to the panel side. If they could switch by software, it would easy to layout. If it could, could you let me know how to achieve this function?
