Hi,

I can't get output signal on OUT pin in test mode. Could you help me?. Test command 0xF0.

Hello,

The procedure to enter the test mode is described in the section 8.5.1 of the datasheet.

For further debug I would recommend to check if the signals are as expected n the input. Are you able to see the oscillations and are the signals as expected as compared to the plots in the datasheet under application section 9.2.3 ?

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I followed 8.5.1 of the datasheet and got the signal as per 9.2.3 but my problem is 8.5.2 is not working.

Hello,

Can you please help describe in details the steps you have taken as per section 8.5.2.

If you can provide more description on the steps you have taken that can help identify the root cause. The description can be schematics, and expect waveform and details on the applications. The test mode is meant for debug process and I am trying to better understand the problem here.

Hi,

I found hardware issue on Test pin. Now its solved. Thanks for your help. I want to understand the difference between T1 & T2 in test mode. I need some more explanation of all other test conditions. I want to test it thoroughly becoz its very critical application.
