Hi

DS90UH949 datasheet mentioned the CEC pin power down input current is within +/- 1.8uA.

But when we power off (remove the power supply) the DS90UH949 and connect the CEC pin to a 3.6V power supply via 27K ohm resistor. we saw >10 uA leakage current.

may i clarify the test condition of below spec. When doing below measurement, are supply voltage provided to DS90UH949, or there is no supply voltage ?

Any idea why the leakage current become so big > 10uA when there is no power supply to DS90UH949 ? and any workaround suggestion ?

Hi,

I will look and see our test conditions. under what test conditions were you seeing the 10uA? Are you supplying power to the 949? is PDB low?

Hi Michael,

No, we do not supply power to 949. Since there is no power to 949 board, the PDB pin is floating.

Hi,

The leakage on the CEC pin is listed for when the device is powered and PDB is low.
