My customer is interesting in DS25BR440TSQ/NOPB. The system turns off VDD(=3.3V) when DS25BR440 isn't used and turn on VDD when it is used. This mean is the VDD is turn on and off frequently during the system is working. It is not enabling and disabling /PWDN pin, it control VDD.
I guess there is not issue even if the system turn on and off VDD frequently under following recommend operating condition in datasheet. But if you have concern or limitation for number of Power on / off. Could you please let me know?
