XIO2001: PRST ouput is always low！

Dear Madam/Sir:

I am using XIO2001 PNP in our CPU board.

But the PRST (pin 51) ouput is always low！

Could you please help me to find out the problem?

the bridge asserts PCI bus reset(PRST) When the rising edge of GRST occurs

But the GRST pin is left open according to the EVB.

Besides, the EVM uses XIO2001 ZGU but I use XIO2001 PNP instead.

Is there anything that I should care when use XIO2001 PNP instead of XIO2001 ZGU?

no, PNP should easy for layout.

I had found out the issue that was caused by the ground pad not well soldered.
