We're using the 62/14604-01XE for a one year space flight mission.  Our DPA lab is performing a DPA.  Could you tell us what type of plastic is used?  What chemical is used to dissolve the plastic?  Could you provided some guidelines as to the process steps (Temperature, Time to etch, etc.) used to successfully decapsulate the 62/14604-01XE?

    Also, please verify that the device we're looking at is the SN74LVC2G126-EP.  The part number is very close to what you've listed, but isn't exactly the same:
