I am looking for the Failure Rate (FIT) for part SN65HVD1477D. The TI FIT Estimator page does not seem to have this information available.

I was able to find the following when searching for SN65HVD1477D using the MTBF and FIT Rate Estimator tool on ti.com. Is this the information you are looking for?

thank you for your quick response.

0.1 FIT seems not correct zu me. Maybe this is a default value or the tool is broken. Maybe I am wrong and 0.1 FIT is correct.

The FIT rate estimator tool gives you exact the same values for eg TPS82085SIL. On some other threads the real FIT rate of TPS82085SIL was denoted as 19.1 FIT.
