SN65LVDS20: Connecting Zynq UltraScal+ MPSoC (HP Bank)

Connect the HPbank (1.8V) of the "Zynq UltraScal+ MPSoC" to the SN65 LVDS20.

The output of MPSoC is
VOCM: typ: 1.2V (1.0 to 1.425V)
VODIFF: typ350mV(247-454mV)

The SN65LVDS20 (VCC=3.3V) is
VICM: 1.2 to VCC-VID/2
|VIA - VIB|: 0.08 to 1.0V

Can the SN65LVDS20 operate correctly when the VOCM of MPSoC is 1.0V, as long as |VIA - VIB| is met?

Hi,

It might be okay but we can only guarantee correct operation if all inputs are within recommended datasheet specifications.

Does that mean you can't guarantee normal operation when the VOCM of "MPSoC" is at 1.0V?

Does this mean that the SN65LVDS20 cannot receive the output of the SN65LVDS20 because the VOC of the SN65LVDS20 is between 1.125 and 1.375V?

That's correct. According to the datasheet the output of the SN65LVDS20 is compliant with the TIA/EIA-644-A standard, but the input is not..
