SN75DP130: AUX ac couple

Hi team,

I see AUX is just a simple MOSFET switch. My customer do AC couple on both SRC and SNK side, is it OK? Could you pls show me where and how to do the AC couple on AUX? And, does it need pull-up/down?

Hi,

Please refer to Figure 23 and Figure 24 in the DP130 datasheet for the AC coupling capacitors and pullup/pulldown implementation. Is the source a DP or a DP++ source?

Hi,

For DP only source, you can leave SDA_SRC and SCL_SRC unconnected.

AUX_SRCp/AUX_SRCn will be AC coupled. AUX_SNKp will have 100k pulldown and AUX_SNKn will have 100k pullup.
