SN65ELT20: SN65ELT20 CMOS/TTL 5V replacement

Part Number: SN65ELT20

Hi all,

I have a problem with SN65ELT20 part. The problem is not with the part itself but I am looking for a suitable replacement with the same pinnout but apart from the PECl logic at the output I am looking for the part with the clasicc 5V TTL/CMOS diff logic at the output. It is cause of the compatibility with the older device and I do not want to create a new board design or any additional boards to put in between. Thanks a lot for any feedback.

Sorry but we don't have devices with 5V differential logic.

Thanks for answer. And what about some SN65Hxx part 5V tolerant which could be used as transmitter with complementary outputs? But data input pin and output pins would fit to SN65elt20 pinnout?

Hi Ondrej,

I checked our portfolio for devices in the SN65Hxx family as well as other parts but unfortunately it does not look like there are any that are pin to pin compatible with the SN65ELT20. These devices would have been made by different groups for different applications, so pin to pin compatibility was not a concern.
