TPS25750: Setting in TPS25750

Hi all,

 My customer want to use TPS25750D as power sink application.

1. For dead-battery application, how customer set their ADCIN1/2? Pull up to LDO_3V3 or LDO_1V8 or..?

2. Customer's product is power sink only. Can they leave PP5V floating?

    Hi Gary,

    Table 9-4 of page 43 of the datasheet shows how to connect the ADCIN pins depending on what performance you are wanting. 

    As far as PP5V, you must have a valid 5V supplied to these pins even if you are only acting as a power sink to supply VCONN

    Hi Adam,

     Yes we've seen that. And customer is confused about description in page 5.

     And, PD have to provide VCONN power although it's power source or sink in PD3.0 spec? Or all PD have to provide VCONN in PD 2.0/3.0?
