TUSB1042I: Eye diagram height cannot meet the specs

Part Number: TUSB1042I

Hi Team,

TUSB1042I is used as shown in the picture, but the eye height cannot meet the USB3 specs with all different EQ settings, could you please help advise if there is any other recommendations to meet the eye height?

The datasheet also mentions the compliance mode, should TUSB1042I enter the compliance mode when doing the USB3 test?

based on your pcb trace length, it should pass USB3 compliance, can we take a look of your layout?
